About the Founder
Joyce Tang is the founder and lead consultant of AgilisIT. She has over 14 years of IT experience in different industries, from non-profits, investment banking to the life sciences. She has been a consultant to Fortune 1000's, as well as being one of the youngest to be in charge of multiple IT departments at UCLA School of Medicine. Her experience has given her a unique and invaluable perspective into the enterprise and small/midsize business space. It also enabled her to develop her highly appraised Lean IT methodologies and responsive IT services.
As a dog lover, she co-founded Woof's Life, an organization that helps raise money and bring awareness to animal adoption while offering job opportunities to workers with developmental disabilities. She also loves to dive in the summer, snowboard in the winter, look for good eats and autocross her car year round.
Joyce received her B.S. in Electrical Engineering with Computer Engineering specialization from the University of California, Los Angeles and her M.B.A from Indiana University. She is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a CompTIA Security+ certified security personnel and has been trained in Project Risk Management.
