agilisIT REFERRAL PLAN & POLICIES

We offer our gratitude to our employees, contractors, partners and friends with a generous Referral Bonus program for referring prospective business opportunities to us. These are new opportunities developed by you, referred to, and closed by agilisIT. The Bonus is based on payments billed to the new clients and received by agilisIT.
Referral Bonus
The Referral Bonus is 20% of the sum of payments in the highest two (2) months out of the first three (3) months of service. First service month begins in the month when the first billable event takes place. The Referral Bonus is due after the third month of service has been rendered and service fees are collected by agilisIT. For non-employees, invoice for the Referral Bonus is also required.

The following policies and limitations apply:
The referral must be made to agilisIT via written correspondence (email to customerservice@agilisIT.com, or fax to 888-832-4858, etc.) with REFERRAL clearly noted on the subject line. agilisIT must accept or, at agilisIT's sole option, decline the referral within a reasonable period of time (three business days). agilisIT may decline for any reason, including business, legal, technical, or current involvement with the referred prospect. agilisIT will make reasonable efforts in closing referred business, but makes no assurances that it will close any referrals.
agilisIT shall provide you with the amount of your qualified Bonus after receiving the third month of payment from the new client. For our employees, your Bonus will be sent to you immediately after we receive payments. For non-employees, payment of the Referral Bonus requires that you invoice agilisIT for the Referral Bonus after receiving such notification.
This Referral Bonus is based on service rendered, and does not include product purchases.
agilisIT does not pay Referral Bonus for sales transactions over 120 days old. agilisIT reserves the right to disqualify referrals that take longer than 90 days to close. Unless agreed to in writing by both parties, agilisIT does not pay Referral Bonus on transactions involving multiple payments, staged or delayed payments, subsequent expansions or license/service renewals.
agilisIT reserves the right to modify this Referral Plan at anytime. However, agilisIT shall honor the existing Plan for any referrals already in process. In the event the Referral Plan is updated, agilisIT will update this policy document in a timely fashion.
