San Diego based IT consulting company is seeking a talented and customer oriented part time IT field engineer to join the team. The right candidate will provide remote and on-site IT support to clients in San Diego.

- Excellent customer service, communication and professional demeanor, can connect with clients.
- Unfazed by conflicting deadlines, can multi-task with ease.
- Passionate towards new and existing technologies

- Self-starter, able to prioritize appropriately
- Self-sufficient, can work under minimal supervision
- Hands-on experience in workstation hardware/software repair/troubleshooting.
- Windows 2000, 2003 Server, NT, XP, 2000, Active Directory
- Dell, HP, IBM, Compaq servers and workstations
- Microsoft Office suite, solid understanding of Outlook
- Anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-spam apps
- LAN, firewall, switches, routers, troubleshooting, high level knowledge of TCP/IP
- POP, SMTP, FTP, SSH, HTTP, SSL
- Blackberry, PDA, smart phones connections with Exchange email server or other mail hosts.
